My name is Reshma, and I’m an Administrator at NAVE Real Estate Brokerage Inc., where I’ve been proud to support the team since December 2025. With over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, I began as a brokerage receptionist and developed a thorough understanding of brokerage operations.

My experience spans all aspects of brokerage administration, including managing MLS listings, preparing and reviewing transaction paperwork, processing deals, maintaining records, coordinating with agents and lawyers, and following transactions through to closing.

I bring care, attention to detail, and a helpful approach to keeping our agents organized and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their Real Estate journey. After all these years, you might think I’d have become an agent myself—but helping others stay on track and succeed is still my favourite part of the job!
